How exactly does the 360 photo booth work?
The 360 photo booth, also known as a 360 video spinner, works by capturing videos from multiple angles to create an immersive and dynamic experience. Here's how it generally works:
Step into the Booth platform and get ready! Our Event Attendant will give you a sign when the booth starts the process. It can be triggered by a button on a remote control or by an automated timer.
Shooting. Strike a pose or perform whatever you want to be captured. Dance wild, throw confetti or use any props you like! As the capturing process begins, the rotating arm starts to spin around and shoot the video. It allows to catch you from various angles simultaneously.
Processing: Once the shooting is done, the footage is processed instantly using peculiar software. The processed content is available for playback. Wait for complete stop of the arm before stepping out of the platform!
Sharing. Watch the footage on a screen or through a connected device and choose the way to receive the video.

How many people can stand on the platform?
Our platform can typically hold up to 4-6 people standing back to back, maximum weight 660-770 lb. We want everyone to have their best experience so we suggest to coordinate within your group to ensure that everyone has enough space to strike a pose and create memorable moments.
How do my guests get their 360 video?
Your guests can get their video via Airdrop, email, text, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter or download with QR Code.
How much space do you need and what are the requirements?
For optimal results and full-body shots, we recommend to allocate a space of 12ft x12ft for the setup of 360 Photo Booth. However, we understand that venue sizes may vary so a minimum space is 9ft x 9ft. IF YOU HAVE LESS PLEASE CONTACT US, WE HAVE OPTIONS! Make sure there are electrical outlets within 50ft to plug in the 360 photo booth and any additional equipment (15 amps of electricity is required). If placed outdoors, it must be on a flat surface of perfect level.

Backdrop Space: Consider the space behind the mirror as well. If you plan to have a backdrop or any additional decorations, you may need a bit more space behind the booth, so guests have room to move around and strike poses.
Access Space: Ensure there is enough room for guests to approach and exit the booth without congestion. A clear pathway to the mirror booth is essential for the convenience and safety of guests.
Power Supply: The booth requires access to a power source. Make sure there are electrical outlets within 50ft to plug in the mirror and any additional equipment like printers.

Crazy Wigs of vibrant colors, Glowing Glasses, Wild Masks, Bubble Guns and plenty of humorous Signs like "I'm just here for the cake," "Who invited this guy," "I'm huge on Twitter," and many more. *Please be aware that we change props very often to keep them fresh, so the listed options may vary!
How early do you arrive to set-up?
We understand that every party is uniqueand we carefully take into consideration all the issues. We will be on spot 30-60 minutes before the scheduled start time. During this time we arrange the equipment, ensure that the cameras and lighting are perfectly calibrated to capture the best possible footage.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We have Commercial General Liability Insurance with coverage $1,000,000. Your venue can be listed as insured on demand.
Do you require a deposit?
In order to secure your desired date and time, we kindly request a deposit. The deposit amount is 200$. Our booking process is designed to be hassle-free and straightforward. Here's how it works:
Request Reservation: Reach out to us or request for a callback. We'll assist you in every issue you need.
Online Contract: We'll send you our user-friendly contract.
Deposit Payment: We accept deposits by any major credit cards. Using a secure payment link provided in the contract, you can easily submit your deposit and secure the event date.
We prioritize your convenience and ensure that you have a secure and straightforward option to reserve your date and time for our services.
Cancelation Policy
Deposit and Payment Disclaimer: Please be advised that the deposit amount of $200 is non-refundable and is required to secure the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 business day before your event date.
However, in the event of cancellation (including bad weather conditions for outdoor venues), if the full balance has been already paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 3 business days before the scheduled event date.

How far in advance should I book or reserve my party date?
Usually clients book our services a few months in advance, better 3 to 6 months. However, even if your date is in 1-2 days on the go - please contact us! It may happen that the free spot is available for your time! Also please note that all Fridays&weekends all over the year tend to be the busiest so we recommend to book your date as soon as possible.
Is there any travel fee?
We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery services throughout Brooklyn, NY.
For deliveries outside of Brooklyn a travel fee may apply, please consult with your manager. Please note that tolls are additional, and deliveries to Manhattan incur a parking fee.
