The set-up process typically takes around 30-40 minutes to complete. During this time we arrange the equipment, ensure that the cameras and lighting are perfectly calibrated to capture the best possible footage. 

Yes. We have Commercial General Liability Insurance with coverage $1,000,000. Your venue can be listed as insured on demand.

In order to secure your desired date and time, we kindly request a deposit. For most events, the deposit amount is 200$. Our booking process is designed to be hassle-free and straightforward. Here's how it works:

1. Request Reservation: Reach out to us or request for a callback. We'll assist you in every issue you need.
2. Online Contract: We'll send you our user-friendly one-page contract right away. This contract can be conveniently filled online saving you time and efforts. 
3. Deposit Payment: We accept deposits by any major credit cards. Using a secure payment link provided in the contract, you can easily submit your deposit and secure the event date.

Deposit and Payment Disclaimer: Please be advised that the deposit amount of $200 is non-refundable and is required to secure the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 business days before your event date.

However, in the event of cancellation (including bad weather conditions for outdoor venues), if the full balance has been already paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 3 business days before the scheduled event date.
