Guest Safety Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, the following Guest Safety Rules apply to any event where services are provided by UMT GROUP LLC (EventPro), including use of 360 photo booths, mirror booths, backdrops, cold spark machines, inflatable mascots, and related equipment.

📸 General Behavior Rules

• Follow Staff Instructions: All guests must follow directions given by EventPro staff. Instructions are provided to ensure safety and optimal quality of photos and videos.
• No Rough Behavior: Running, pushing, jumping near or on equipment is strictly prohibited. Any disorderly or reckless behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
• No Food or Drinks Near Equipment: Guests are not allowed to bring drinks or food near booths, electronics, or platforms.
• Children Must Be Supervised: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when near the equipment.

🔄 360 Photo Booth Safety

• Stay Within the Platform: Stand in the center of the platform or evenly spaced. Do not walk off until staff confirms it's safe.
• Do Not Touch the Arm: The rotating arm is motorized. Never touch or grab it during operation.
• One Group at a Time: Limit is 1–5 people. Overcrowding can cause instability or malfunction.
• Wait for Instructions: Guests should wait for the staff’s signal to start/exit.
• No Jumping or Dancing: May destabilize the arm and cause injury or poor footage.

📷 Mirror Booth and Standard Photo Booths

• Do Not Move Equipment: Guests may not adjust the camera, lighting, or props.
• Be Respectful with Props: Props are to be used safely. Damaged props must be paid for by the client.
• Do Not Touch Lens or Internal Equipment: Touching the lens or internal parts can lead to image distortion or damage.

✨ Cold Spark Machines

• Do Not Touch or Approach Too Closely: Stay at least 3 feet (1 meter) away.
• No Loose Fabrics Nearby: Avoid flowing dresses, scarves, etc.
• Children Must Be Kept Away: Only adults should be present near active machines.

🐼 Inflatable Mascots / Decorations

• Do Not Lean or Climb: They are for decoration only.
• No Smoking or Open Flame Nearby: May damage inflatables.

⚠️ Liability Disclaimer

• By participating in any activity involving our equipment, all guests agree to follow safety rules.
• Any injury, damage, or incident resulting from non-compliance with these safety guidelines will not be the responsibility of EventPro or its employees.
• If guests are found violating these rules and putting themselves or others in danger, EventPro staff may immediately stop the service to prevent injury, without issuing any refund.
• The client is liable for any damage to equipment caused by their guests or event participants.
