To help you visualize the proposed designs, we provide comprehensive 3D floor plans and virtual walkthroughs, and prepare sample boards with color schemes, materials and furniture selections to convey our design ideas. 

We start with developing a color scheme, sourcing of fabrics, fixtures, and materials. At this stage, we select and arrange furniture pieces to suit the space; we also design custom furniture pieces if that is agreed upon. We choose materials for flooring, wall coverings, and finishes. We decide on window treatments, lighting fixtures, rugs, and accessories to complement the overall design. Each detail is chosen to enhance the ambiance and functionality of the space.

We purchase all the finishes, fixtures, and furnishings; manage their shipping, receiving, and inspection. We submit any permits, as needed. We continue to receive and catalog quotes from vendors and bids from contractors. Our team administers the construction, meets the contractors on-site to answer questions, to check work for quality and adherence to the design, and to handle any unforeseen issues that may come up. At this stage, we present the final designs and budget for approval.

We supervise delivery, installation, and styling of the furniture, fixtures, accessories, and art. Our team conducts post-installation walkthroughs for any deficiencies to resolve any in a timely manner. Our photographer takes top-quality shots to show the before-and-after results. We prepare all final invoices and project documentation for your records.
